Bellevue – Sun, Mon, Thu & Sat
I am a flexible, outgoing person and like to laugh often with my clients. If you’re feeling alone, stuck, or directionless, it would be my honor to walk alongside you toward the life you desire, with God’s help. It is my privilege to help others overcome painful circumstances and know the peace and joy that the Lord freely offers us through His Son. My desire is for you to experience health in every area of your life – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I believe this is possible, and I am eager to watch God work in your life through Christian counseling.
My Goal as a Christian Counselor
My main goal as a Christian counselor is to improve the quality of life for every person I meet. I believe we are all born in the image of God and we all have control over our minds and the ability to grow and learn from our mistakes. Together we will explore the thought patterns in your life that may be hindering growth, and work side-by-side to replace those patterns with positive, healthy techniques.
What I Offer in Christian Counseling
I will offer you a cup of tea, some coffee, or a drink of water when you come into the office. While my sessions are held in a professional manner, it is also a very relaxed atmosphere. Clients often come in from stressful situations, whether in the workplace, home, family, or personal struggles. I want you to look forward to your sessions with me, and to feel comfortable and relaxed while we’re together.
My Approach to Christian Counseling
Christ’s model of fellowship really resonates with me. He used to send His disciples in groups of two to support and aid each other through their journeys as they preached to the nations. Guided by His Word and the disciples’ example, my model in counseling is to partner with my clients in their journey through life to help them find healing and restoration in Christ.
Qualifications & Experience
I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University and a Bachelor of Arts in Children and Family’s Studies from Eastern Washington University. I am also an EMDR Trained Therapist.
I have more than six years of experience as the Lead Facilitator working with a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. During this time, I served as a Behavioral Technician, helping children ages two and above with various developmental and genetic conditions such as Autism Disorder; ADHD, Down Syndrome, Landau-Kleffner Syndrome, Rett Syndrome, Learning Disabilities, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalcuia, and more.
My Call to Christian Counseling
I was raised in a culture and an environment where my family frequently volunteered to help in our community. Whenever we saw that someone was in need, we were there to help. As I grew up, my passion for helping others grew with me. Helping others doesn’t only involve providing food, shelter, and clothing; it is also about seeing people through pain and helping them defeat it.
More About Me/On a Personal Note
My husband and I are from different cultures, and we enjoy teaching each other the various values, languages, and history of our own cultures. In our spare time, we volunteer at our community church, spend time with family and friends, watch movies, go out to dinner, and enjoy walks in the park and hiking.

Counseling for Children and Teens
Helping children and teens has been my passion and specialty for more than eight years. As a specialist working with children and teens with various needs and diagnoses, my work is based on the specific developmental stage of your child or teen. In session you will often see me role playing, drawing, or playing some games to help them express their feelings and emotions and help me better understand what techniques and strategies I need to provide them to cope with their needs and difficulties.
Grief and Loss
Grief does not only mean losing a person; it can appear after the loss of anything. I have experienced many losses in my life since I was young – loss of home, loss of dear family members through the years, loss of jobs, loss of friendships, loss of purpose, and above all, loss of joy. We all experience grief in different ways, but how do we befriend it? This is what we will discover together as partners in this therapy journey.
Does your family struggle with resolving conflict? Do you have a hard time adjusting to a recent life event, such as a marriage, the birth of a child, a loss, a move, or job changes? Family counseling can be an outlet for you and your family. Working together as a family to learn how to resolve conflict and what each member’s role is in the family unit can improve communication, reduce the stress of daily life, and foster a happier family pattern.
Are you and your partner facing a storm in your relationship? You do not have to struggle alone. Couples often fall into the mistake of facing relationship crises alone and try to deal with the whole package – anxiety, depression, anger, fear – without help. If you and your partner are facing a crisis, let’s come together to give you the tools you both need to come out of this crisis even stronger.
Unfortunately, negative way of thinking are usually the default for most of us. Spiritual development counseling will help you to shift your negative thoughts into positive thought processes. “But how do we do it?” That is the real question most people ask me. Christ’s message on earth was simple: forgiveness, love, and compassion. Those are core values, and basically our First Aid Kit. Let us learn together how compassion, love, and forgiveness can help you grow and heal spiritually and personally.
