In my practice I focus on the whole of the person to include physical, emotional, and spiritual health. My desire is to walk with you on your healing journey as you navigate through the issues that brought you to counseling, utilizing various therapeutic approaches unique and specific to your individual or family’s needs. We will identify the areas in your life and challenges that would benefit from change and assist you in developing a strategic plan with practical, effective techniques to implement those changes.
My Goal as a Christian Counselor
My goal as your counselor is to assist you toward your own journey, vision, and definition of resiliency and recovery. I will listen to your story with empathy and compassion, ready to offer my professional experience and training to aid you in your growth process. Together we will take manageable steps with God’s help toward reaching your goals for overall health, wholeness, and peace in Christ.
What I Offer in Christian Counseling
I offer counseling services to clients who are experiencing emotional, behavioral, psychiatric, physical, or situational challenges in the home or in the community. In our first session, I’ll do an Initial Assessment to determine your needs, then I will work with you to develop an Individualized Treatment and Recovery Plan that incorporates strengths and natural supports in a Person-centered model of treatment. The length of treatment varies and will be determined by your individual needs.
