As your therapist, my first goal is to help you feel genuinely seen and heard as we partner together to unpack and explore the challenges and goals you are bringing to counseling. With compassion and sincerity, my goal is to help you feel motivated and encouraged to create lasting, meaningful change outside of the counseling space. Using proven therapeutic tools from a faith-based perspective, I will support you in the eventual goal of taking the insights learned in sessions to spread your wings beyond therapy.
